The book club for SCGS parents will be facilitated by Carol Loi. Carol is a Certified Digital Wellness Educator, Certified Mental Toughness Coach & Maxwell Certified Leadership Youth & Family Coach. Nicholas will be invited to join us during the 4 sessions as well.  These are the dates and the covered topics:

Session 2, 13 May Wed: 
Chapters 5 to 8 (Intentional Engagement, Mind of Dopamine & Five Cognitive Controls)
 
Session 3, 15 July Wed: 
Chapters 9 to 12 (Developing High-Level Thinking, The Power of Presence, What Work & Don't Work)
 
Session 4, 12 August Wed: 
Chapters 13 to 15 (Five Things to Avoid, The Challenges & Beyond)

There will be assigned readings for each session; it's ok if you do not have time to read the chapters as there will be summaries at the start of each session.
